Any buttons or links that appear upper most when connected don't. If this was fixed it would be really good. However the UI whilst connected needs work. Unless I am missing something it is impossible to minimise/close a full screen window because the disconnect button is in the way. Clicking around the edge of the screen is not possible as the zoom doesn't let you zoom out enough. It's a pretty annoying problem hopefully an update will fix this. The Raspberry Pi desktop is mildly awkward to use on an iPad but that is a touch screen issue not a problem with this application.
