However, it is the GLITCHIEST app i have ever used. It constantly crashes or won’t load at all and a few times, all of my “tokens” have disappeared. I’ve been trying to use it for over a month and it now says host unknown. I’ve send 4 emails to tech support as well as uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Also friend referral should have given 500 points but I never received them. I’ve used the app a lot and continue to use it since there’s no other way to order ahead at my favorite coffee shop, but I’m really upset about the fact that my points are just being thrown away… ### 1/5 — Lost trust.. no points loaded after referral purchase *2024-03-20, version 1.29.0* The app says that you and your referral will each get 500 points (enough for a couple free drinks) if they download the app with your referral code and make a purchase. Me and my referral did that, but still 2 weeks and several emails later and no response or points.. They only have a handful of cafes registered.. but still cannot even respond. I’m very disappointed.. I contacted them through the app and nothing. I got scammed to download and order expensive coffee with no complimentary token to get a free one. Neither to the person who referred me get theirs either. Fake promotion. ### 2/5 — Hiccups *2023-09-01, version 1.29.0* Token button rarely works. Is that intentional? Ok ok, it did work but then it logs me out of the app. Then it wont let me in. Yes, i have deleted app, added it back again. Yep, turned the phone off and on again. If you have FAQ or Trouble shooting tab - these might help. Not sure where to find them on this app. Oh, yes, uh huh, i went to your website. Because I cannot find anywhere else to send this msg. Dear Coffee shops, if you like your customers don’t use this service. *2023-08-22* If my local coffee shop didn’t use this app it would be off my phone immediately. Rarely works well. Important buttons are often hidden behind pop ups that you can’t close. Currently it won’t let me sign in. Which means no matter what I do, I cannot order anything because it forces a login, but when tapping the submit button it doesnt do anything. That is one of the many issues I have daily. Worst of all, when the app doesn’t work and you reach out to the support, they make the coffee shop refund you, which it wasn’t their fault, it was the app. Find some other service for ordering ahead. It provided the same convenience of ordering coffee on your phone that Starbucks has a monopoly on but it paired up with local, good coffee houses. Hope someone else picks up where they left off. I’m a huge coffee lover and usually get it on the go when going to work, appointments or before shopping and running errands! I love ordering online from the coffee shops’ site, but this all has been a game changer as it gives me a variety of coffee shops and lets you know when your order is ready. Not all local coffee shops are available, but I notice that they continue to partner with new coffee shops on a monthly basis. Love this app! Line’s are always crazy in the AM, and RDY is what I use right before I leave home to go to work. Other apps are over designed, unfocused. New update is 🔥🔥. They had a few issues then, but they were growing pains and have been resolved. It’s a nice way to “skip the line” if you know the coffee shop is going to be busy too. Love the free tokens when you refer a friend and I like that you can accumulate points to use for future tokens to get free drinks!
