No way to download a floorplan and you can’t stay connected?? How are you suppose to locate anything…. What a joke! ### 1/5 — Lousy app. Did not sync with previous downloads. *2023-08-27* I had to remove the RE+ Events app from past events and download the latest copy. And then it does not let me login. Registration on the website is a nightmare if you had already registered and wanted to add workshops. Ended up registering separately under a different email to circumvent the stupidity of this website. ### 1/5 — Re+ Utility App *2023-05-16* This app is horrible!!!!!! You need to keep signing in with an unknown password. If there was a negative 100 rating that would be it!! When signed in it is ok but otherwise terrible!! ### 1/5 — Slow and cluttered with ads. Not easy to use. *2022-09-20, version 3.1* Exactly what the title says. ### 2/5 — Accidental Logout Too Easy *2023-09-06* Please fix the app so it doesn’t log out unless logout is specifically selected. It’s too easy to accidentally logout. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2019-09-28, version 2.0* Crashes on 50% of name downloads. Annoying upfront adds. **Developer response:** Hello TMillhoff, we're sorry to see that you had some trouble with the app. In response to the crashing issues, can you confirm which version if iOS you were operating on? Best, CadmiumCD. ### 2/5 — Semi worth while but annoying and with missing features *2019-09-27, version 2.0* If youwent to SPI 2019 then you know how poorly suited the venue was for the show. How this relates to the app: there is no way in the app to provide feedback to the conference organizers at all. Direct contact through the app is not available. Names and contact information of the right people to handle complaints is not available. Some of the problems (like people having to sit and eat off of a filthy conventon center floor) could have been addressed during the conference. In addition to that, I have so far received about 50 broadcast messages through the app. I had notifications turned on in case someone tried to find me using the app but I turned it off because of all the spam messages the organizers sent. Next time send about 10% of the messages you sent for SPI 2019 for each event. That would be enough to keep us informed but not so many that we turn notifications off. ### 2/5 — Keeps logging me out and deleting data *2019-09-19, version 2.0* So far I’ve been logged out of the app several times for no reason. When I log back in I see I have lost the exhibitors I had starred. If I can’t use the app to identify the exhibitors I want to make sure I see it is significantly less useful. **Developer response:** Hello Marvin, do you know what version of iOS you were running on your device when these issues occurred? If you navigate to the main menu, you should see an option to send an app data report to our tech team. If you can, this would be most helpful. Just a start time. Not very helpful. **Developer response:** Hi wash7658943, Unfortunately the info that we put in the app is solely based on what Solar Energy provides us with. Our app does have the capability to put end times but in this instance it seems we didn't have that information. I can easily "favorite" sessions that I'd like to attend, view presentations from speakers, and connect with other attendees. ### 3/5 — Frequent login *2019-09-25, version 2.0* You have to frequently log in . Will not stay logged in. Using iPhone XR **Developer response:** Hi User0855. These types of issues can occur in an event center or on a public wifi connection. Are you able to give it a try using just cellular data and see if the error persists? Useful in locating exhibitors, although it took some practice in zooming in on the Exhibit floor map, and even then it was difficult to read text. The app did not save my exhibitor favorites, which was an annoyance.
