Read and understand code content CodeScan from REA is the indispensable app for decoding codes. With the REA CodeScan App, we enable unrestricted analysis of codes used worldwide on all products, from all industries and application areas. 1D codes (barcodes) and 2D codes (e.g. QR code) are decoded, the contents are readable in plain text. CodeScan Features: Priority is given to code decoding including the evaluation and decoding of standardized data structures. Data Matrix code recognition is supported in serialization applications for prescription drugs. In this case, the structures of the organizations GS1 and IFA, among others, have an effect. Other similar data structures are used in the automotive, electronics, medical device, transport logistics and food industries. If these structures follow the ISO standards, they will also be decoded and evaluated. When a URL is found, the information can be forwarded to the Internet to obtain additional information. Scan results are stored chronologically in a history.
