## What is Reach More?

ReachMore is an AI employee you can rely on. It answers your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and web chat, qualifies your leads, books appointments, takes orders and finishes the job. This app puts it in your pocket. See every conversation it handles, step in when a customer asks for a person, and keep your business moving while you are away from the desk.

WHAT NEEDS YOU RIGHT NOW
• One screen with the customers who are waiting, the chats handed over to you, and the questions your AI employee sent you
• Push notifications for handovers and new messages, so nothing waits

WHEN IT DOES NOT KNOW, IT ASKS YOU
• When a customer asks something your AI employee does not know, it sends the question to you
• You answer from your phone, and it replies to the customer in its own words
• Your business knowledge grows with every answer you give

ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHANNEL
• All customer chats in one list, with unread, assigned and handed-over filters
• Reply with text, photos, files and voice notes
• Pin, archive, label and assign chats to teammates
• Send approved WhatsApp templates after the 24-hour window closes

STEP IN, THEN HAND IT BACK
• A queue of chats where your AI employee asked for help, with how long each customer has waited
• Take over a conversation, reply yourself, then hand it back
• Turn your AI employee on or off for any single conversation

BOOKINGS AND ORDERS ON THE GO
• Today's reservations: confirm, cancel or mark a no-show in one tap
• Orders with payment and delivery status, ready for the next step
• Scheduled follow-ups that your AI employee sends for you

LEADS AND CUSTOMERS
• Every lead your AI employee captured, with the details it collected and the stage it is in
• Mark a lead qualified or disqualified, with the reason
• Contacts with full chat history, groups and marketing opt-in

CHECK ITS WORK
• See how many chats it answered on its own and where it handed over
• Test your AI employee with text, photos and voice before your customers meet it

BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM
• Invite teammates, set their roles and see who owns each chat
• Arabic and English, light and dark mode
• Quiet hours and notification settings for each type of alert

Made for clinics, real estate, retail and e-commerce, restaurants, education and service businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the Gulf.
