Information is duplicated across Dashboard, Posts and Messages. Would benefit removing features to make options more definitive. Design could be refreshed. We started using your tennis store from paper and App Store. No I am not going to turn them on. That noise brings out a primal instinct within me that is so indescribably painful that I would rather hurl myself off of my roof into a pit of legos. It is so unintuitive. None of the icons make any sense. The user flow has no logic behind it and the booking parent evening function don’t work most of the time. It is so poorly built. There are too many sections and it takes way too many taps to find what I’m looking for. Everything glitches when you tap or drag (using and iPhone 13 Pro). I loathe having to find messages or appointments - to the degree that I simply don’t care what my school sends. Every parent I talk to (except for about 3 nut jobs with too much time to kill) hate it. I wish my school didn’t use it. It’s infuriating. **Developer response:** We are sorry you are having a bad experience with our app Ts330. We have been working on various issues in the background with a view to releasing a new version that will combat problems people have been raising to us. So please bear with us whilst we finalise the update that will be released in the coming months. ### 3/5 — Issue on Iphone *2024-05-16* Good app except on my iPhone the keyboard covers the send button when am updating absences and there seems to be no way to get it to disappear other than to press cancel and while the close dialogue is up try and press the send button usually takes a couple of tries. checked through all settings but don’t seem to see anything wrong. ### 1/5 — Review *2024-02-29, version 8.72.0* By far the most poorly constructed app I have ever had the displeasure of using. It is laughable how incredibly bad it is. Simply trying to pay for anything just takes you to the Weduc website anyway making the app essentially useless in the first place. And then it makes it impossible to pay on the website because it closes every time you finish your transaction. Is it a button? I get all my school alerts and emails on here. Best part is, you can combine the full year school calendar to your phone calendar - so when I go to my personal calendar, I can see all the upcoming school events automatically. Made my life so much easier! Now I can see new messages really easily as well. However what I really like is being able to create message folders. This is a game changer for me! So helpful. They recently added search according to the update but this is only for messages. It cannot pick up father as lead parent from scholarpack so it overwrites edits to my parent profile The icons since last update are non standard. There is no ability to search posts only messages. The events link to calendar populates every event to my calendar regardless of whether my children are in the cohort the message is about. Notifications are clunky, they require several clicks to get to the message/notice event I would be happy to product test /support any development of this app as it’s a nightmare. The developer has engaged with me to explain in some detail, within the constraints of GDPR what is happening with the app. It appears that it uses parent email address as the log in Id which is causing my issue in my case as it uses a joint address with my wife (our choice). I am very encouraged by their responses and the recent update was a huge improvement. It appears the events are able to be filtered/directed and may point to a training need in my children’s school. ** update 20/6/23 I have been in regular contact with the developers over the issues. They have now fixed the log in issue I was having, and some other bugs that were thrown up in the process. The developer response/effort to sort out the issues is above and beyond here, the solutions have been in my case detailed contact with me as the parent in response to specific issues, where the developer has pointed towards where the solutions may lie and actively pursued these with parent and school alike. I have been really impressed with is, both the amount of effort and engagement that has gone in to it. It’s a difficult tool to get right - otherwise there would be dozens of others on the market and there aren’t. The response and engagement has been 10/10. I’ve upped the star rating again to 4 stars.
