Critical reminders (Apple-approved Critical Alerts capability) Important reminders you set can now ring as critical alerts: they sound even when your iPhone is silenced or Do Not Disturb is on. The upgrade verifies that existing reminders are safely in place before switching channels, so no pending alarm is lost. Alarms created before this update still use the previous channel; set them again once to enable break-through ringing. Desktop sign-in When using REACHE on a computer, approve sign-in by scanning a QR code with your phone. Your credentials never leave the phone. Other improvements The status window now shows only real progress, with no staged animations. "Added to schedule" is no longer over-reported: the confirm button verifies each server receipt before claiming success. Voice conversations respond the moment you press, removing a half-second delay. Multiple fixes to the dial wheel and the map location picker (search and reverse geocoding). ### 1.4.4 — 2026-08-01 This update turns the reminders you ask for into alarms that can actually wake you. System alarms (requires iOS 26 or later) Alarms you ask for now ring as system alarms: they still sound when your iPhone is silenced or Focus is on. Stop or snooze right from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, without opening the app. Your schedule marks which reminders are system alarms. Press and hold to cancel one, and it is removed from the system as well. Repeating and gentle reminders still arrive as ordinary notifications, so nothing starts ringing full screen unexpectedly. Reminders no longer fail quietly If a reminder cannot be set, REACHE tells you which one and why, for example the time has already passed or notifications are turned off, and takes you straight to where you can fix it. Maps and location Place cards now show a native map preview and open in Maps with one tap. A new location picker with search and drag to position. Sharing your location now uses high accuracy positioning. Fixed a blank map and an occasional crash when opening a map. Other improvements Start a voice conversation directly from the Action button. Swipe through multiple photos sent in a single message. Fixed calls where the other person could not hear you. Fixed the keyboard covering the input field in quick notes.
