## What is Reachit Workout?

Reachit is a workout tracker for building, running, and reviewing structured training sessions from your iPhone and Apple Watch. Create custom workout templates with counters, timed sets, rest periods, and metric limits, then follow each session with clear progress, audio cues, and Live Activity support.

Reachit keeps your workout flow simple: pin favorite workouts, start quickly, track sets and timers, monitor selected metrics, and review completed history after training. Apple Watch support can show heart rate, pace, distance, and workout status during an active session when you grant permission.
