I also find it highly problematic that ReachLink charges as soon as you book an appointment. So if you’re going on vacation and book an appointment a month later, you’re charged as soon as you book it. This should be changed—what if I need the money for another health issue and can’t receive it in the time it takes ReachLink to issue a refund due to a timely cancellation? I used EAP and was put in connection with a therapist at ReachLink who was luckily the right match. The set up was easy, the assessments are quick, and the customer service and communication is fantastic. I will continue to work with my new therapist past the EAP covered visits. She really listens to the core of what you’re struggling with and not just the surface level stuff. I feel so heard, seen and validated.
