I constantly have to check the app to make sure I don’t have a new message come through. ### 2/5 — Random Texts *2024-11-14, version 1.0.37* I keep getting other people’s text notifications with their phone numbers and text messages. They are not from my company, or in my contacts. They do not show up in the app history, only on my phone home page as a notification. What in the world!? I looked up the phone number on Google, and see that it’s from a company in a different city that has nothing to do with my company. ### 3/5 — Update complications *2024-07-18, version 1.0.36* After the last update 3 days ago I’ve been having a lot of issues transferring calls. I get a transfer failed message and my client gets hung up on by the app. Before this update I had no issue with the app, but it is a bit of an inconvenience and usually I wouldn’t post here but I have no other way to reach out to the developers. ### 2/5 — Call quality *2023-08-30, version 1.0.35* Call quality is usually bad. Would like to manage organization from the app. ### 2/5 — Bluetooth/Carplay Issues *2023-06-19* The app has a delay issue when using bluetooth/carplay, this leads to both sides hearing each other late and talking over each other, making it impossible to have a conversation without massive pauses between. There is a setting for handsfree mode however it makes no difference, don’t have this issue with any other soft phones. ### 2/5 — Not able to send text message after adding text *2021-08-05, version 1.0.26* The app works good for calls. Recently even after the most recent update then when I want to send a text message I need to write my message elsewhere and then copy it and paste it into the ReachUC message body because if I try to send a message when the after adding text to the message body then the keyboard doesn’t go away and I cannot tap the send message button. ### 1/5 — Poor app- wonderful concept *2021-01-19, version 1.0.26* My company transitioned to this cloud based platform to streamline the virtual workplace. The concept is wonderful, but the actual configuration of the system is terrible. There are consistent delays between answering calls and the calls actually being connected, or the communication itself lags between each end of the call resulting in echoes. I work out of the browser, desktop app or mobile app depending on my needs for the day. I find the browser works the best but still not great. All 3 apps fail to communicate with one another yet they all use the same account credentials which is frustrating. After updating the Mobile app, I no longer have microphone permissions. When I go to settings, privacy, microphone to try and approve, the app isn’t listed for requesting permission to access. I would love this system if it ever truly worked the way it was designed or even portrayed. Great concept, needs major improvements! ### 1/5 — Stinks *2020-10-14, version 1.0.23* I used this for work cause lots of problems to my iPhone 11 Pro Max this is not iOS 14 compliance and should be removed from the store. Every time I receive a call it screws up my phone that I need to shut down my phone and restart it whenever I receive calls they will get messed up thanks to this app. Fix it or it should be removed ### 1/5 — Only accepts calls half the time *2020-09-28, version 1.0.22* When answering from my cell phone, it only works about half the time... if that! We only use this for calling and I suffer from constant issues with calls connecting or dropping. Recently I’ve started having issues with double calls. So I answer one, get a few seconds, and then it comes through again and disconnects the first one. Calls are coming through on days I am not working and not using the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2021-12-09, version 1.0.28* This has got to be one of the most frustrating apps I have ever dealt with. When you try to call people, all it does it keep showing error and won’t complete the call. Then you send text and it won’t go through at times. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am not the only one who feels this way. Other ones that also try to use this app complain of the same thing. The DND feature where you turn off calls for a period of time is confusing to use. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great business mobile app *2023-09-23, version 1.0.35* This is a great app. It must be correctly activated and connected to your hosted PBX. For SMS, you must ask your provider to enable business sms, start a sms campaign for your company, and get it approved which may take 3-4 weeks. All hosted PBX providers will ask you to provide your campaign details and have no control on how long it takes for approval. Most of the reviews here are inaccurate. Phone, video, and chat works great. SMS must have an approved campaign with your hosted PBX provider. My team and I use this app every day for our business lines on the go. Great way to carry your business line, extension, and business chat with you. When I first started using ReachUC I thought “meh, ok kind of generic, but let’s give it a try”. Man was I wrong!! Super user friendly, I’ve rarely dropped any high quality call, feature rich, diagnostics, and super customizable!! From voice, video, and text capability to personal ringing schedules, faxing, multi-number SMS/MMS management, this app has it all! With 3 Softphone apps on my device now this is my “go to” app!! Get it, try it, and adjust as necessary and most of all it’s on the geo-redundant SkySwitch Netsapiens platform that is rock solid and gives me the ability to analyze even a customers ReachUC calls if a problem reported to pinpoint the issue and resolution.
