This app is lacking the ability to sync directly with my cpap, instead I have to wait for cpap to sync to cloud, then resync app to cloud. This process is slow. App also doesn’t sync sleep data with Apple HomeKit. My experience with app so far is a definite step down in quality compared to my previous cpap app. I am disappointed. ### 2/5 — Information not correct *2026-08-29, version 5.8.4* The info on my app is not correct. It is amazing and far better than the one I had before by a different brand. However, I am not able to connect my sleep data collected by the app with Apple Health. It may seem trivial, especially considering the benefits of the new machine, but the current reporting provided by React Health pales in comparison to the data and reports I used to get with my previous machine and its connection to Apple HealthKit. Please consider adding Apple HealthKit compatibility to the app in a future update. ### 4/5 — Good CPAP app for the most part. The AHI number on the device is almost always about half the number that shows up in the app with no explanation. Feel this is poor as no one at the company could give me an answer either. Seeing my progress over time has helped me stay consistent with my therapy and better understand how my sleep is improving. The app syncs reliably with my device and makes tracking my treatment simple, even if you’re new to CPAP therapy. I highly recommend this app to anyone using a React Health machine. It’s so helpful in keeping track of my CPAP. Sometimes I have random questions that I ask ChatGPT and the enables me to just screenshot all of my information about my sleep easily. It’s also helpful at the doctor, I don’t have to take my machine in! One function I wish it had was something like customized alerts so order replacement parts. Not super important though.
