Reactiv is a solution for people with joint pain and arthritis. We combine occupational therapy sessions with Exercising Videos and AR Games to help people return to their favorite activities.

Our application uses your phone camera to track your movements and match exercise motions with popular mobile games. No hardware needed, just use your smartphone from anywhere you want to start today.

Telehealth:

I don't understand why we have to give you our phone number!!!!!!  Sounds fishy to me!!  I have to delete your app before even trying it.  You don't need my phone number.  I don't want you calling or texting me and don't want you selling or sharing my info with anyone!!!!!

I could not move my hands, bound by new arthritis and lupus I was feeling hopeless when I found Reactiv and found that a game could help my hands stretch and move. I was so excited to see that this went beyond the app to a real live physical therapist who helped me specifically deal with pain and movements to get me back to my life. Who knew that a game could help and be so personal for hand movements. Do not hesitate to get better.

Appointments no longer appear. This latest update looks to have killed the app as far as appointments go.

A little pricy but it is worth it. The AR exercises are gamified to do more of what you want to do. If you have questions you can talk with a licensed Occupational Therapist who will answer your questions. For a few you can even schedule a video conference with the therapist.

I am a Sign Language Interpreter. Many of the exercises don’t directly apply to me or my field but the team put together some games specifically to help me.

The camera is sticky. The program wants you to aim and shoot. If the interface/camera was better you could aim. Just do your own exercises this was not fun.

I’ve suffered from throbbing pain at the base of my thumb (CMC joint) for years and have been searching far & wide for a solution. I heard about the Reactiv App and decided to give it a try. Once I signed up, an amazing Occupational Therapist named Hannah Pugh reached out and helped me get set up. She walked me through the process and taught me how to use and protect my thumb joint in daily activities. Hannah also patiently helped me learn how to play the therapeutic games on the app. The games are super fun, a bit addictive and time just flies by…it’s not boring at all. Incredibly, my thumb started feeling noticeably better within the first several sessions of playing. And now several months later, my hand is much stronger, more flexible and best of all, I rarely have thumb pain. I highly recommend this app!
