第38回の問題33番の答えが間違っているので一度確認お願いします。。。。

**Developer response:** ご指摘いただいた第38回問題33の答えの誤りを修正したバージョン1.1.4を、本日公開いたしました。

あわせて確認したところ、同様の誤りが他にも（第38回問題123、第36回問題76）ございましたので、こちらもあわせて修正しています。また、この機会にフリガナ（読み仮名）の誤りも540件見つかり、あわせて修正しています。

お手数ですが、最新バージョンへのアップデートをお願いできますでしょうか。今回のご指摘のおかげで、他の誤りにも気づくことができました。本当にありがとうございました。

We’ve released version 1.1.4 today, which corrects the answer error you reported in Question 33 of the 38th exam. While reviewing this, we also found and fixed the same type of error in two other questions (Question 123 of the 38th exam and Question 76 of the 36th exam), as well as 540 furigana (reading) errors elsewhere in the app.

For the first time, past exam questions with diagrams are included.

Until now, questions that cannot be answered without a diagram had to be left out, because the app had no way to show one. Diagrams are now drawn inside the app, and these two questions have been added:

- 37th exam, Question 121 (genogram) — read a diagram of family relationships
- 38th exam, Question 49 (how to wipe the abdomen during a bed bath) — the options themselves are diagrams; choose the wiping direction from five of them

Past exam questions go from 372 to 374. Every diagram carries a text description, so VoiceOver can tell you what is drawn.

Corrected the content of three original questions.

The ICF question has been rewritten in full. The incorrect options were not components of the ICF at all, so the correct answer could be identified without knowing the ICF.

In the fracture question, one incorrect option was "ribs". Rib fractures are in fact common among older adults, so this did not work as an incorrect option. It has been replaced.

In the swallowing question, the option lengths were evened out. Nothing was factually wrong.

For the one question that was rewritten (the ICF question), your previous answer record and review schedule are reset. Once you answer it again in Practice, a new review schedule is created. Your records for the other two questions are kept.

Burmese, Filipino and Nepali have been added, bringing the total to 10 languages.
