Auto Logout: Users are automatically logged out, which is highly inconvenient.
Technical Support: Support is unhelpful, providing incomplete information and slow responses.
OTP Delays: The wait time for OTPs is excessively long, often taking up to 5 minutes.
Single Device Limitation: The app only allows login on one device at a time, which is a major drawback.
