It also says my son said letter sounds right when he said something completely different and has trouble understanding when he answers questions. He speaks plainly with no impediments. I’m not sure how it will work for helping teach my already struggling kid. I’m hoping there will be some big improvements, before my free trial is up. My daughter has pronounced things correctly or read words correctly and it told her she’s gotten it wrong and made her repeated multiple times. Then she’s gotten words wrong and it’s told her she’s gotten them right. A few times she hasn’t said anything and I told her she got it right. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The app frequently freezes and often marks words as incorrect that my children have clearly read correctly. Instead of building confidence and encouraging reading, it's becoming frustrating and discouraging for them. I'm also struggling to see where the "tutoring" aspect is. At the moment, it feels like the app simply highlights words rather than providing meaningful guidance or support when a child gets stuck.
