It ruins my streak of check ins and I lose out on points. There’s no link for help or customer service to address these issues either. ### 3/5 — App is Good … Writing is Awful *2023-08-17* I started reading one of the stories and the first several chapters had been proofed. That stopped by Chapter 5 and the amount of errors is stunning. There is almost no sentence without multiple errors. “He” is talking and then “she’ smacks her lips. Names wrong. Sentences indecipherable. Almost everyone left angry reviews and quit reading. Since this will be the only book I’m likely to try as it’s way to frustrating so I will finish it and call it a lesson well learned. As a warning to others, the book is Rejected Omega Queen. On a positive note, the app works well and is relatively easy to use. Wish things were different. ### 4/5 — Good books *2023-08-08* Books are great to read so far and I’m stuck in one that is very expensive but I have to finish it. Other wise I would give a 5 if the cost wasn’t so high. ### 4/5 — Expensive *2023-07-25* Amazing stories but the coins required per chapter is so ridiculous that even if you do all the stuff to get free coins it most likely won’t unlock a chapter. So you can end up spending $200+ just to read a book. It should be $10-$15 to buy the whole book. ### 4/5 — Expensive but good stories *2023-07-23* It would be so much cheaper to buy these stories from someplace like Am@z0n but the stories I’ve started have sucked me in. Other pay to read apps have poorly written or at the least, poorly edited stories. Many of them are nearly the exact story line with different names. Often they are hundreds, or even more than a thousand, short chapters that are just repetitive as all get out. The banner stating, still paying for reading…more free chapters.” The start of free reading may be longer than most apps before they request coins, but It doesn’t matter because again you have to purchase said coins and there’s no way to earn them just from reading or watching adds. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Over $150 for a book!!! *2023-08-05* I started reading from a Facebook link until I got to a pay-to-unlock chapter. Fortunately before purchasing coins/credits, I decided to look ahead and do the math to see how much this book would actually cost. Hahaha, it was going to cost over $150. Are there free!Just try it ### 1/5 — Read reviews first *2023-07-23* I had started a book on fb and downloaded this app. Spent like $60 got all the way to chapter 39 wanted to reply to someone’s comment at the end of the chapter. I had to login and when I went to go reply they threw me all the way back to ch. 17 and locked all the chapters I had previously unlocked. I’m very frustrated with how this happened, the stupid book was getting good too. I’m deleting this app because this is a load of crap. ### 1/5 — Basically a subscription scam *2023-07-18* No chance for refund even when they have refund button. I signed up for the story and ended up disappointed. I cannot request a profile gift off of my coins as I can no longer use them. I had a hard time flipping through pages and reviewing them because they have no index. The Author of the digital book wasn’t listed and I couldn’t communicate as desired. Reads like a preteen novels, not 17 plus. I spent 30 dollars on this crap. Wappad is better, with legitimate Amateur and skilled Authors. I am deleting my account. ### 1/5 — Way too expensive *2023-06-16* They're really good books in here but you have to pay to read and it's crazy expensive to finish a book I need to pay over $100 which is something I won't be doing I don't mind paying around $20 if it'll allow me to read the whole book but $100+ no thanks I'd be willing to pay for a yearly subscription if it's not crazy expensive but it doesn't even allow that option either ### 1/5 — Do not purchase coins *2023-03-31* I was logged in and went to the section to the section to get free coins and it asked me to login again for coins I did and lost all the 900 coins I had just purchased plus 120 that I got for the purchase. There isn’t a way to contact them and if there is I couldn’t figure it out. I also lost all the chapters I had already purchased previously. ### 1/5 — Way too expensive *2023-03-31* I didn’t put one star because of the quality of the books but because of the extremely ridiculous amount of money the books cost. I’m reading a book currently that has over 600 chapters. I’m at 465 chapters currently and have spent near $200 on it so far. Absolutely insane! I know it’s my fault for still giving money to this, but I’m too engrossed (and slightly OCD about leaving things incomplete) in the book to not finish it. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2023-03-19* I was reading a book and when I commented about the holes in the story line it brought me back to the beginning of the book. About halfway through a book and the chapters started discussing a completely different book and there’s no way to really complain especially if you purchased chapters already. Poorly done and no way for refunds. The app needs an update because my screen is showing only blank pictures of the stories all of a sudden. I can read them but the covers are blank. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall but it didn’t help at all! Just thought I would put it out there!! But as for the book I really like it so far! ### 5/5 — I love the one story *2023-03-18* I love the story Disabled CEO, but I think the company needs to start giving the readers some type of coupons for additional coins to read the story or advertisement to view to be able to unlock the next chapter. It should also tell the writers about limiting the maximum amount of chapters because most of the people have jobs, bills, and families and no one should be looking at a book with constant updates on another chapter! Also, chapters reaching over 1,000, but an average book from the library, and textbooks range anywhere from 22-65, with pages going into the 1,000. If the book has a sequel to other books then it should be sold either together or separately.
