Works as intended but is far from a smooth experience with common stuttering and occasional crashes which is jarring and makes me revert to print or other publishers. Expected more considering the price of Pearson resources. Can highly recommend biology on focus or oxford resources as much smoother and more generous online/app resources.

Literally will not open once I log in, just continually crashes. You have to reinstall just to attempt logging in again, and resetting system ram does not work.

This app is ridiculously a nuisance. You constantly have to download the book. It is ridiculous, annoying, and uncalled for.

In order to use this app you must sign in to your account. But there is no option to create an account.

**Developer response:** You are right.  Apologies for the confusion. Most of our users are assigned to use our eReader by the schools or institutions that are part of. Those schools then give the users accounts and provision which books they have access to. There is no direct way to create an account in Reader+.

You literally have to download the textbook multiple times. Once you are offline it doesn’t even load anymore. This needs to be fixed as fast as possible. Very disappointed.

so i had problems with the books not showing up and it’s been finally fixed!! sorry if this is somewhat straightforward but i just contacted their customer support chat via the pearson places website and they were really helpful in fixing my issues and did so in only an hour!! it works perfectly now and just wanted to share this info for anyone else who’s been having problems!!
