See the story ad pop up, get caught in the first 3 chapters, go and download book, reread chapters (because it changes sometimes) and boom. They hit you with the “top-up to read more chapters”. Go and look at the little rewards and claim or do any you can without spending money, and you get the “insufficient amount of coins”. No option of watching a video, no clue as to how many coins to unlock chapters, just a “top-up” button. And even still, you don’t have any idea of how many coins you need, to know which option to buy. No — you have to buy “coins” to access chapters, and I just said “to heck with it” when, after paying the $14.99 coins fee TWICE, (yes I’m an idiot) I was still nowhere near finishing the book. If I’m going to pay 60 bucks (or more — who even knows what it would’ve cost by the end) for a book, it better be made of diamond dust and telling the most beautiful story of all time.
