Het was niet gemakkelijk om mijn “ bewijs van in leven zijn” zelf te digitaliseren. Maar dat de mogelijkheid er is ipv naar gemeentehuis te rijden( ver weg) en £10 te betalen, is dit een hele verademing!
Misschien iets duidelijker zijn , voor ons oudjes en de digibeet onder ons.

Hi ReadID: I had problems with my other passport and could not complete the ID verification process: it shutdown after the passport scan and before the live selfie requirement. There was no hotline or helpdesk number to call to ask for advice on why I experienced this problem and/or what I could do to fix it. I recommend you add this help function to your app: Not just generic answers to FAQs and not just a robot, but a real person at the end of the line. Tx

Dat werkt bij mij niet.
Ik moet de telefoon halverwege het paspoort houden voordat er gescand wordt.
Ik heb een Iphone.

I know NFC works on my phone, I use it with Apple Pay all the time. Not so with this app, which failed to read both my ID card and passport. Waste of time, I’ll go to my organization’s helpdesk instead.

Wat heerlijk dat we op deze makkelijke manier met ReadID een bewijs van in leven zijn kunnen insturen! En gratis op de koop toe ipv er een bedrag van $25 voor te moeten betalen! Fantastisch!

Geweldige app daar zouden alle instanties gebruik van moeten maken. Nu alleen stoppen met papier versturen het 2024 dat kan wel per email. Ik woon in Spanje en moet naar het gemeentehuis om het levensbewijs in te laten vullen dat kost brandstof en papier. Bedankt BPF Bouw dit zouden alle pensioenfondsen moeten doen Adios André

It would help very greatly to SPECIFY, in the second stage when phone has to be “put on top of the document”, whether phone camera is facing down or up. General understanding of a scan is that it’s the camera that is used.
