## What is Reading Aloud?

Reading Aloud is your reading and shadowing assistant.

Steps

1. Paste text
2. Read it out loud
3. Select a word or a paragraph, then tap "Speak" to have the system's text-to-speech (TTS) engine read it aloud
4. Select a word and tap "Look Up" to check its translation

Alternatively, you can adjust the speech rate and tap the big "Play" button to practice shadowing.

No ads.

P.S. Enhance your experience by:
a) Downloading voice data for offline use: Settings ▸ Accessibility ▸ Read & Speak ▸ Voices
b) Enabling system haptics: Settings ▸ Sounds & Haptics ▸ System Haptics ▸ On
