We are currently using the app for a 2 year old, and there are many parts he loves. Whilst using that app for just a week, he has already learnt the first half of the alphabet, and I am confident he will learn a lot more extremely quickly through this app. I just love how it has been created to be extremely fun, whilst teaching your little ones. ### 5/5 — Educational, user friendly and interactive app *2020-08-25* One of my favourite things about this app is how smooth and interactive the dashboard is. At initial glance, it isn’t overwhelming, and quite easy on the eyes. Functionally, it works great. No lag, great information and great use of notifications. The app has a person-specific approach, so that it is individualised to the person it is being used for. But it is not a good app for reading and my son didn’t like it all. I forgot to cancel before trial ends as soon as I saw they charged me for yearly subscription I emailed them as they don’t have any other ways to contact other than email to cancel my subscription as my son didn’t like it and I am not going to use their app. They reply me so late asking me to do it in Apple itself. I told them I can’t do it for the present active subscription and you guys have to do it. Then they asked me apple bill and I sent them but till now they didn’t reply me back or cancel it. It’s $63.59 and not even using the app. ### 1/5 — 😏 *2022-12-04* Not free⁉️ ### 1/5 — So disappointed *2022-06-01* Firstly I feel that I was tricked into a year’s subscription by not cancelling a day before the free trial week ended. 2) Doing the assessment of your child doesn’t change the level at which the app starts. 3) We managed to work through the Anna story and then when we got to building the name for Billy, the letters were so big that they were off the screen. There is no way to resize or move on in any way. So we got from A to a bit of B and now it’s stuck and we can’t continue on the reading path. 4) I tried to contact you through your web page but the link doesn’t work. I have never left a negative comment, but this has been a very disappointing experience and I feel that you left me no choice. ### 1/5 — How do I change the language *2021-04-19* Just purchased speech Blubbs and paid the for lifetime option this app is included I am not happy that it states it’s available in Spanish however there’s NO WAY to change it to Spanish ! And the contact us option is inaccessible! Help ! ### 1/5 — Short *2020-08-05* I’m confused . It’s 50 something for a year . But my child only has three stories and a handful of words . Thank you so much! ### 2/5 — Was this even tested? *2020-09-10* Using this on an iPad and there are some animations that don’t zoom correctly. For example, the word “Billy” in the story puzzle to put the name together. The app is vertical and then rotates to be landscape for these word puzzles but in the case of this word, the screen is stuck too close and you can’t complete the puzzle. I can tell he is getting bored of what's available!
