I have a ticket and he wouldnt let me on the bus. He then started shouting about how this is not a reading bus i then had to buy a ticket with my friends remaining change, with the money she needed to buy her sick nan medication from the shop and im pretty sure he overcharged me for a ticket. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2025-04-02* App used to work fine, but now the times are just so inaccurate and when buses already are slow I don’t need the app being wrong by 10-20 minutes. It also just completely confused the 23 and 24 buses and switched their routes. All these little problems get extremely annoying when you take the bus regularly ### 5/5 — Review on reading busses *2024-09-28* I really enjoy this app because seeing as my car is in garage getting fixed I have to take bus to work and I can check this app to see how long I have until bus comes and then I can leave just as it gets around to the corner Highly recommend this app it’s so helpful ### 5/5 — Good but would be so much better if the route/fare finder was better. *2024-09-24* The route finder never seems to work and is no help if I’m working out my cheapest ticket option. But big thanks for enabling group ticket purchases. ### 3/5 — Wrong bus icons and times *2024-09-05* This app was great at first but now she’s failing me. It tells me when there’s a bus near by or when a bus is coming and even shows me the bus icon travelling the route but now it doesn’t show the correct bus times or even icons. Like I wanted to take the bus 6 and it told me it would be arriving in 5 minutes, I checked the map to see where the bus is but there wasnt any buses nearby that was even 10 minutes away. I said “okay maybe I should just go sit at the bus stop, it might be a replacement bus who knows” I waited 30 minutes before the bus came and I was nearly late for my work. There are other instances of this happening. Like me looking for a bus 6 and 600 arrives very weird. But all in all I’m still grateful. In this case my bus stop at Sadlers Lane. The timetables are an absolute mess and completely unreliable. Apparently, it is a feature that app developer should use to prevent. ### 1/5 — Continued failed payments *2023-09-12* ApplePay seems like it should work with this app but absolutely does not. I’ve had constant issues trying to use ApplePay, and just this morning I went to buy a ticket and got “payment failed wrong post code”. It’s not the wrong post code, and I did in fact get charged for the ticket but didn’t receive a ticket. ### 1/5 — Apple Watch App deleted without notice. *2023-03-19, version 40.2* With the latest version, the Apple Watch version of the app has been quietly deleted with no warning whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Real time schedule is pathetic *2023-02-22, version 40.0.5* Never shown the real-time schedule correctly. Particularly route 14 & 13 - buses anyway do not run on time on this route, so I’m heavily dependent on real-time schedules, which neither works correctly. ### 1/5 — Freezes on updated iOS *2023-01-09, version 40.0* The app is unusable garbage on the latest iOS.
