If you like re-ordering 2-3 times and loosing your seats, this app is great. Tried putting in a food order ahead of time 3 times and kept getting booted to the main screen losing my entire order. Fire whoever built app should be sued for you should be sued into oblivion. Please do better… ### 1/5 — The worst *2024-07-06, version 1.7* Trying for the past 20” to buy tickets. The screen just goes completely white & then doesn’t release the tickets. I’m ready to be over Reading. I have to pay an additional fee for this aggravation?!? Wow ### 1/5 — New and Improved? *2024-07-02, version 1.7* No. It’s not. It’s harder to navigate and only works in portrait mode. Here’s a notion: NOT EVERYONE USES THEIR PHONE! SOME OF US USE OUR TABLETS IN LANDSCAPE MODE. The app also takes a whole lot more time switching between screens, and there’s no “back” arrow I can find. Can I have the old, unimproved, working, and use app back, please? ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2024-04-14, version 1.4* This app is such a downgrade from the previous one. I haven’t even gone to the movies since this app came out because I can’t even check movie times. I’ve just about given up on this app. And also how is this the only theater that doesn’t offer a subscription service. Going to go back to AMC or regal because they actually care about their apps and subscriptions. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2024-04-02, version 1.2* This is by far the worst app ever. It is incredibly frustrating. So glitchy. Can’t view bought tickets. Can hardly even buy tickets for that matter. In this day in age when people are planning ahead this will cause people to see movies elsewhere. I mean who was designing this? Crashes ALL THE TIME. ### 1/5 — Just Awful *2024-03-29, version 1.2* This new version is horrible. You can’t view tickets you’ve purchased in your profile like you could before. I tried to order food ahead of time and the menu was missing items like popcorn and hotdogs. We had to order food at the counter when we arrived, which is fine, but I miss the convenience of order ahead. The previous app worked so well. Not sure why they “updated” to this junk. ### 1/5 — Dreadful app; huge downgrade *2024-03-18, version 1.1* This feels like an app from the early days of smartphones. Needs an overhaul from the ground up. ### 1/5 — The old app was better *2024-03-16, version 1.1* This new updated app has to many bugs. Wouldn’t recognize my e-Mail and was difficult to purchase tickets. Finally when I was able to get the tickets, they couldn’t e-mail them and was issued a refund. Then the app wouldn’t undo my previous choice of seats smh. Now those seats are take by a bot lol ### 1/5 — Can’t stand this app *2024-03-12, version 1.1* This app is much, much worse than the previous version. absolutely buggy, cannot seem to hold onto tickets you bought through it, will not let me add a rewards card, will not recognize my existing rewards membership, will not accumulate points for any purchase I’ve made, won’t acknowledge that I have a purchase history through it. Please revert back to the original app, this one is horrendous and it makes me want to see movies at any of the other theaters near me. ### 1/5 — Come on! *2024-03-10, version 1.1* How do you leave out the ability to access purchased tickets within the app or add them to your phone’s wallet?! Previous app was more functional ### 1/5 — Not possible to view purchased tickets *2024-03-02, version 1.1* There is no way to view your purchased tickets. ### 1/5 — Absolute nightmare *2024-03-01, version 1.1* It takes a lot of talent to take an app that works flawlessly and mess it up this badly. This is a perfect example of “if its not broken, don’t fix it.” ### 1/5 — Bad UX *2024-02-21, version 1.1* The user experience for this new app is just bad. Maneuverability is not there. How to find things, is not easy, sensitivity is too much that it keeps going to links I didnt want to select. The old user design at least a as easy to fint what you needed everything was not as bulky is this new one. Not sure how the designers got approval to have this developed. ### 1/5 — Landscape please *2024-02-21, version 1.1* Agree with others that the new app is worse than the previous app. It also assumes you are viewing in portrait and on an iPad you can’t use the app in landscape orientation. To get to movie details (info, trailer, etc) you must click on the image for the movie as the title text (above the showtimes) does nothing. It seems intuitive to me to click on the title to view more info. Overall, poor UI as others have said. ### 1/5 — Too slow; Not as User-Friendly *2024-02-18, version 1.1* While the new update does have more info available, it runs way too slow because of that. It’s complicated and not user-friendly. The simplicity of the previous version was much more user-friendly. Hopefully, the developers will figure out to merge the interfaces of both previous and updated versions soon. ### 1/5 — DOWNGRADED app from last one *2024-02-18, version 1.1* This app is HORRIBLE! How did you upgrade to a worse app than what you had before…?!!? At least the last app you could find your tickets and put them in your Apple wallet. In this app, you can’t even find your tickets. It’s not user friendly at all. That’s beyond ridiculous. Plus didn’t even need the darn app to get Tuesday ticket discounts. Now I have to figure out how to delete my account and make sure they delete my info. Upon registration I couldn’t auto fill out my name and address. Upon payment it didn’t offer Apple Pay, and also wouldn’t bring up my saved credit cards. Predictive typing didn’t work. After purchase there IS a “save to  wallet” button, but… you guessed it… it doesn’t work. It feels like they wrote this app years ago for android and then just copied it to iOS without any improvements. I can’t login nor can I continue as a guest without it glitching and forcing me to close it. Horrible experience and making me unable to purchase tickets online.
