## What is Reading Time Word Counter?

Know exactly how long any text takes to read before you start it. Paste an article, an email, an essay or a book chapter and Reading Time instantly shows the minutes it will take you, the word count, and how hard the writing actually is.

Most word counters stop at a number. This one turns that number into time — at your pace. It compares slow, average, fast and speed-reading paces side by side, gives you a speaking-aloud time for scripts and presentations, and scores the passage with the real Flesch Reading Ease and Flesch-Kincaid grade-level formulas. Everything is calculated on your device the instant you paste. No account, no internet, no waiting.
