I'll be using this with my grandchildren at the weekend, but it seems to be the program that I've been looking for, for years. Similar to Reader Rabbit CD which I used as a teaching resource. I would have purchased the app anyway, but am very disappointed that in the details you write that it is for sale for a limited time only for $3:99. Yes it did have a price of $5:99 in the general pricing section, but what you have written is confusing and misleading. I will review the app once I have a closer look. Lorraine

This app made my son who has asd enjoy reading. The game after each book also helps with spelling and sentence building. It is interesting enough that he doesn’t mind doing the test in the form of a game after each book. Thank you developer for creating such an amazing app for the kids at an affordable price and no subscription. I really appreciate the effort you put in this app.

Update:  I just found another thing to love about this app.  You can actually read the books offline which is fantastic during long drive to hospital.

Use this with quite a few children and the response is always the same - they are engaged and wanting to do more particularly those who are enjoy trains.  Love the activities that go with the books.

I use this app every day with my 5 and 6 year old students. They love having their own personal bookshelves, holding all the books they have read and recorded. There are so many books to choose from, even my most reluctant readers are enjoying reading, playing the train game and earning coins for songs in the music store. They can touch any word to hear it and listen to definitions of interesting vocabulary. The books are teaching them science and math while they learn to read. Highly recommended to teachers and families with beginning readers.
