Seit Wochen komme ich trotz häufiger Übungen nicht weiter, es gibt kaum Fortschritte. In der Folge sind weitere Übungen gesperrt, die nur bei besseren Leistungen freigeschaltet werden. Eine ziemliche Bevormundung wie ich finde. Möglicherweise liegt es an meinem Alter von 70 Jahren, weshalb meine Reaktionszeit für den Übungserfolg unzureichend ist. Mir ist jedenfalls wegen des ausbleibenden Erfolgs die Lust vergangen. 2 Wochen später: Hiermit korrigiere ich meine vorstehende Einschätzung. Das Supportteam hat sich bei mir gemeldet und mir geduldig deutlich gemacht, dass ich über den falschen Weg trainiert habe. Nun klappt es ohne Frust und mit Erfolg. Gerade deshalb passt sich das Training kontinuierlich an und ist darauf ausgelegt, jeden Nutzer auf seinem persönlichen Niveau abzuholen. Во время выполнения упражнения счетчик перестант обновляться, упражнение не завершается. Так происходит с различными упражнениями, для продолжения приходится закрывать все придожение и открывать снова, и снова ожидать синхронизации. аппаратная часть iphone 15pro с последней версией ios.
