I use this since the library part is not showing on the ABCmouse app itself. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2024-12-07, version 4.0.1* Well it’s good and all, but my problem is that all the books are for like little kids and anything for older kids, nope so yeah and the praises are well good books for LITTLE KIDS. And they are educational books. Waste of money *2024-11-15* I’ve just purchased the app with a yearly subscription. The app doesn’t load any books. There’s nothing to read. When I reach out to customer support I got irrelevant responses such as clear the cache of the browser, use different browser and etc. I kept telling the support agent that this doesn’t run on a browser but an iPad app. I still kept getting irrelevant responses. I can’t sign up, can’t do anything but futilely click dead links. Also, the App Store description states the age group is 2-12, but the web page lists this as 2-10. I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel and I finally realized you have to email to cancel. Companies like this are so frustrating and they do it on purpose. Tried it on computer and different mobile device and outcome is the same. Nothing loads as such there are no books available. When you try to browse by category nothing comes up. It auto-renewed even after cancelling and now I have paid for another year of something that does not work.
