BEWARE! *2026-08-23, version 14.2.0* I used to enjoy this app, but since the update and possible new ownership, it’s been terrible. First, my original information in the app has been wiped and reset. Second, I haven’t been able to log in to my correct account since the recent update. Worse, when I ask for help, I receive responses in another language. Third, because I can't access my account, I haven’t used the app at all, yet today I received a bill. Scam central! This new company doesn’t seem to care enough about its customers to even send support information in the right language. Apple £14.99 a month and totally unlimited reading plus a bigger choice of papers and magazines I actually wrote to their customer services to see if there was actually something wrong with the app as expected no reply was received.
