Doesn’t matter if you hold down or quick presses, it would only work some of the time. The game where you only tap to changed sides worked fine. Not really sure how you win $$. It’s not very well explained. Not sure what the main screen games get you or what your working towards. To many things left to the imagination. ### 4/5 — Good extra cash. Good overall. *2020-05-13, version 2.2.14* This app is good for if you want to try interesting mini games and beat high scores. You can earn a pretty consistent amount of money weekly, if you can get far up the leaderboards. Money you can earn has been quite a bit less lately. Pretty good game but just know that practice and official runs are a little sketchy. Official runs you end of using 1 life each time you play, versus practice runs are unlimited and cost 2 lives to submit. Not only can official runs be nerve wracking, but also the difficulty is adjusted. If you play practice runs and have played enough video games, you can tell something is off. All of the sudden the speed can be ramped up on official runs, compared to many practice runs that are usually at the same difficulty. Besides that and the games occasionally malfunctioning it’s an alright app. ### 2/5 — Used to be better *2020-05-02, version 2.2.14* TL:DR Prize pots used to be good but now are too small to bother with. Overall the games are okay and you do have a chance at money. But recently al the prize pots have been decrease to less than 5% of what they used to be. Before you would compete and if you got in the top 20% you could earn at least $1. Now you have to work hard to get $0.20! Meanwhile any game with a decent prize pot (which is still less than 1/3 of what they used to be) requires you to subscribe to them... not worth playing anymore. ### 3/5 — Fun but.... *2020-03-30* It’s fun but sometimes it lags and where does the money go to I haven’t got mine and it hasn’t gone into my winnings **Developer response:** Winnings are paid out every Wednesday evening ET for the prior weeks games. Stay safe and good luck with the win! ### 2/5 — Crashes *2020-02-29* Seems like a cool app and I really like the concept but it crashes excessively for me and it’s very frustrating when I’m trying to enjoy the app. Hopefully this is fixed because I would love to participate more. ### 4/5 — Pretty good *2020-02-23, version 2.2.10* Before the game got so popular, it was actually pretty easy to be in the top 20%. I could casually take a break practice for a minute or two and then do my actual run and be in the top 20%. Now you have people like matt33 and Richierich and other people who say themselves they practice for long periods of time before they actually play and it makes it harder for people like me who don’t have that much time nor can we afford to do that. Because of that we oldies who stuck with the app closer to when it first came out get left behind and we don’t win much if anything at all anymore and it’s discouraging to see the same people win large amounts over and over and over again. It’s like why are we still even playing then. My friends and other ppl I know who play this game share the same frustration. We have asked ready games to see if they could do different brackets and split people into different categories so that way other new and different people have a better chance to actually win something. The loyal fan base right now consist mainly of people who actually win constantly where as the others are just being turned off for feeling neglected. Can you guys please do something about this? It’s been like this for a year if not more. Instead of raising the prizes to do much maybe split it up to increase your fan base and what not..... **Developer response:** Hey Zaladar- thanks for this smart review and for being with us from early days. Until then - have fun and good luck with the win(s)! ### 2/5 — App keeps crashing! *2020-01-08, version 2.2.7* I would love to up my review to 5 stars as I love the concept of being able to play games & win money...I love the games I’ve played thus far & look forward to joining a leaderboard soon. But as of today, I can’t even play bc the app crashes as soon as I push the play button. I’ve gotten past the play button to the start button a few times but never further than that before the app crashes. I’ve tried on my 4G & my WiFi networks, my signal is fine...don’t know what the issue is but hope it gets resolved soon! I was able to play the orb game this morning but since the new hexagon game came out, I’ve had no luck 😕 **Developer response:** Hey Dollface! Sorry to hear about these issues. Not The Ready Games minigames that anybody can play and win, rotate games every 3 days so never boring. You thinks thats good 2 words “secret games” show up with bigger prizes. Do yourself a favor and get The Ready Games and start competing. ### 5/5 — It’s no scam, it’s legit *2019-12-07, version 2.2.5* The people that gives this app a 1, 2, or 3 stars is because they are bad at the games. This app split the $1000 prize between the first 20% players and you’ll have to practice a lot if you feel like you’re constantly losing. One of the best thing about that is you can submit your practice games. ### 5/5 — You legit get free money *2019-11-15* Usually you would have to do surveys, do tasks that aren’t worth the time, or enter giveaways to get free money. But, this app is different, you play games and if you get a score within the top 20%(Which isn’t that hard), you get 2-10 dollars. For some reason I can’t play the games and it keeps crashing for me. It’s probably because I have an iPhone 5s and it isn’t well optimized. **Developer response:** Hey there! iPhone 5 isn’t supported. We target iPhone 7 and above. There’s just a certain amount of processing and memory required to run Ready, and below iPhone 7 it gets sketchy. So .... first of all congrats on winning $15 on an iPhone 5! That’s amazing. Second of all, we are excited to hear about your next iPhone upgrade! 🙂💸💸💸 ### 4/5 — To long a wait *2019-09-24, version 2.2* To be honest this game is fun and hard so that mean you actually have to earn the money by practicing. But the problem is that it takes so long for the tournament to end. Like you can be in fist place as long as you like but the wait for the tournament to be over will be so long by the time the tournament end you might be in like 50th place so all I’m saying is please make the tournament end a little faster like 1-2 hours or something. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Nothing will load *2021-08-31* I don’t know if it’s just me or if it’s the app itself or something but I haven’t even had the chance to play any of the mini games. None of the in app features work and it’s very frustrating. I see all the excellent reviews but I’m really wondering if any of them are true. Help me see how “amazing” your app is please. ### 1/5 — Good gone terrible *2020-10-24, version 2.2.27* This app used to be wonderful. You’d receive a free chance at a game that rotated each couple days and if you did well you got money. That was the whole idea. Then they added cute little mini games, which were a pleasant distraction. Then...the mini games BECAME the games..and then they stopped giving money out as prizes. Now you earn TOKENS which a ****load of those now have a chance of giving you a prize that I’m assuming has monetary value. I refuse to be a part of this. Oh, and now they introduced ‘cumulative scoring’. So basically, anyone who wants to pay real money to play the new games as many times as they want, gets the highest score. It’s disgusting and these devs should be ashamed for taking advantage of people like that. I’m uninstalling this app, and I recommend anyone else who remembers how good this app used to be to do the same. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback. This isn’t it *2020-09-25, version 2.2.26* I used to love this app. I won nearly every week. And it was always money in my account. Now, there’s multipliers that barely pop up to even out your score. It’s no longer based on skills.. now it’s whoever’s lucky enough to get a multiplier. And to make it even worse, money isn’t even the main focus anymore. Who knows how often you’ll be able to get money from the app anymore. I downloaded it originally to win money. Now it’s just become another useless arcade game. Really disappointed in this ### 1/5 — New update was horrible *2020-08-08* The games are now unplayable. And there are no tutorials on how to play the games. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Games Are Luck And Other Issues *2020-07-10, version 2.2.19* During each playthough of some games, you encounter different coins that have values ranging from 3-100. When you go through your official run, you may encounter less 100 value coins than you did in your practice runs. This makes it literally impossible to get the same scores as your practice runs. It also seems strange to see a guy with a weird profile photo at the top of the leaderboards of every single game. Sure I may be in the top 30 in some games but most of the time it varies on the game. Another strange thing is a pop-up after games for to buy more lives right where you normally click exit. Multiple times I have accidentally clicked on the buy hearts but luckily it is protected by a password. ### 1/5 — Un reason suspension *2019-04-17* After referring brother for the game his account got suspended. **Developer response:** Hey L7boy- accounts only get suspended for one reason: cheating. Claims about “my brother” etc etc is a typical cheater excuse. If however by some peculiar statistical anomaly, you’re not a cheater you can plead your case by emailing us: win@getready.io ### 1/5 — Overall a good app to make quick cash but challenging *2019-02-14, version 1.23* I do feel that you need to practice 100% most of the time for certain games in order to master it and achieving the highest score. Anyways I’m wondering on the $1000 prize isn’t it the overall distribute the money or is it the first prize? UPDATE: this app is great on earning quick cash if you want FEW cash. However, they should’ve emphasis the split prize pool of how they distribute the money of 20% scores in reality most of the money is already distribute 99 of the players in the leaderboard or they mention a lot of people played every single game they put out. Making the larger cuts a bit smaller or normally the SAME amount since the beginning. I didn’t really know about this but thank you for kindly explain this all of SUDDEN. I won’t play this app anymore since it’s popular=lesser prizes of very TOP players, I need some larger portion. **Developer response:** Hey Littlepuddi, the prize is typically distributed across the top 20% of players. We ban people for attempting to cheat. And that makes Ready Games fair and fun for people who... play fair and want to have fun. So we like seeing these 1-star reviews: it tells anyone considering installing this app that we have a serious policy to stop cheaters that works. For the rest of you who play fair, this app is for you! 👍😊 ### 2/5 — I got this game because it had good reviews but.... *2020-08-15, version 2.2.22* Only been playing for about an hour and I’ve had the game freeze 5+ times already (usually on rounds I win a lot of tickets) it uses up my coin to play the round and doesn’t give me my tickets. It also says you can exchange tickets for lives in the store but when you go to the store all of the lives cost money. This game had really good reviews and I was hopeful for it. IF I try it again and it’s better I will change my review. ### 2/5 — Why change what was good. *2020-08-06, version 2.2.20* It’s amazing how these game sites change what was good just to suit them making tons and tons of more money. This new update is crappy. Games are too easy in arcade mode, yes you can get a lot of points, but when you turn them in you get 2 to 5 tokens. It’s amazing that you have to use 10 tokens to earn 1 to 5 tokens. For a $5/month subscription, you’re given a shot a ton of games where you can win several dollars each time. I’ve won $20 once, and I’ve won $1 and $2 several times. Game pays for itself. Wish the arcade mode was more fun, though. I don’t like having to grind one game for a looooong time before unlocking other stages. It would be more fun if the ticket goals incorporated all of the games unlocked so far. ### 5/5 — I wonder *2020-06-15, version 2.2.17* You know I really wonder when you get lives to play in tournaments because I thought it was every day but I haven’t gotten one, and I once had 4 extra lives, but couldn’t play a new tournament! Please tell me when you get an extra life to play in tournaments. ### 5/5 — Skill vs RNG *2020-06-12, version 2.2.17* Don’t get me wrong. I have been a long time player as well as subscriber and have a blast playing the daily tournament games. The one concern that I have with the tournament games going forward is the integration of the arcade style games. As opposed to the games that you can master the more you play them, the arcade games have a sense of luck and rng. As you play you may being surviving for a long time but none of the better coins (that count for more points) spawn. You are then left with what feels like a good run but ends with a lower score. Especially during games that offer no practice score submittal, you would have to spend extra lives to play real runs and try to get lucky by getting the better coins. Overall, this kind of moves away from what I love about this game which is mastering a mini game and not having to worry about luck. Again, I am a huge fan of the game and have loved many of the developments along the way, however I hope a change can be made in the future about having arcade games as the main tournament games. ### 5/5 — Xhs *2020-04-01* Sbs ### 5/5 — This game is ACTUALLY LEGIT!!!!!!! *2020-03-02, version 2.2.11* The game is actually legit and that means a lot coming from the biggest skeptic you’ll ever meet I’ve definitely downloaded and played my fair share of games in the hopes of winning a little cash and always been extremely disappointed but READY is awesome I’ve made almost $40 and alot of the times I get on here and there or forget to get on at all!! Imagine if I was a consistent player?!So If your not winning KEEP PRACTICING the games are not meant to be easy breezy but it’s also not impossible to place in the leaderboards. To me, I can easily get onto the leaderboard and win a couple dollars with every game. And the payouts are legit if you are all wondering!
