Despite having already enabling biometrics (PIN code for log in) the app has signed me out 4 times since our company switched to this app and I started using it. Not really ideal.  Despite that issue it is a good app for checking payslips and applying for leaves.

Talked to support about the app not allowing me to sign in. Seems like it only works through a corresponding Microsoft account. They seemed to help, but I am still not able to sign in through the app. Once I submit my information, the window closes and the app sends me back to the sign in screen. It’s useless. Luckily they sent a link to the website in the email. But the mobile app simply does not function.

Are any of the problems listed in your reviews going to get fixed?? There is some listed year+ that are clearly still happening because they happen to me plus multiple other people I know. 
For eg, 
•having to put in password and email regardless of saving & Face ID, pincode… 
•the clock in and out button is simply 1 button?  Not 2 seperate, 1 for clock in & 1 for clock out OR even it saying if you’ve clock in or out. 
•I also have been having problems with logging in all together, not being able to have access. 

Etc…
Does the app even get decent updates? 
Will these things even get addressed/fixed?

This is the WORST working app I have ever used. Absolutely terrible design.

There is ONE identical button for clocking IN and OUT, with no clear indication of what action you are actually performing. No proper confirmation. No clear status. You are left guessing whether you have just clocked in or clocked out.

It does NOT clearly tell you whether you are starting or finishing a break. STILL. THE. EXACT. SAME. BUTTON. Even for breaks. How is this acceptable in any professional workplace?

If you clock in earlier than your rostered shift, even 30 minutes or an hour early, that time is simply NOT counted. Worse still, the app does not clearly display the exact time you clocked in. Employees have no way to verify their own hours.

Any company moving their staff to Ready People seriously needs to question who made that decision?! Whether it was truly in the best interests of employees, or for some other reason.

Completely unacceptable.

I hate it the check in or out button is made anything so messing and bad and I no recommend and don’t download is app is too many buttons and check in or out was mixed up at make my confusion at Ready People is useless and bad app

Why on earth is it not possible to submit a recurring Unavailability? Unless this is something that is disabled by my employer, I’m confused as to why it is not possible to View, Edit, and Submit availabilities without manually submitting individual NA requests for each week that a roster is to be released. 

I should be able to tell me employer that I am unavailable every (insert day) during a set time period, and also select a date for which this unavailability will expire.

Offers now always show their current status, so you won't open one to find out-of-date details, and tapping a shift offer notification takes you straight to the right offer. Estimated pay is clearly labelled as the amount before tax, both before and after you claim a shift, and role names, availability wording and typography have all been tidied up across these screens.

Ready People now sends a push notification when a payslip is published — tap it to open that payslip, and toggle these in notification settings. Shifts respect the Hide Shift Time setting from Shift Maintenance. In timesheets, AM-start overnight shifts no longer save with an end before the start, and invalid times block submission.

The Expenses screen now loads with far fewer background requests, and we've reduced notification-badge network traffic for better responsiveness and battery life. A login issue that occasionally caused personalised features to behave inconsistently has been fixed, so the app reflects your settings correctly from the moment you sign in.

Behind the scenes, we upgraded to the latest supported version of React Native, resolved a security advisory, and improved our internal error reporting and usage monitoring. We also fixed a dark-mode display glitch on the offline activity screen.
