My family and I were uprooted and displaced from our home for approximately two months because of Servpro's incompetence. They lure you in with courteous, prompt customer service; meanwhile, their minions are making a complete and total EPIC disaster of what's left of your home.....your life.....your INVESTMENT. And when you start to call their bluff, and they realize you are an educated consumer that can't be steamrolled, they cop an attitude and blame you for the issues. It's companies like Servpro and their dishonest business practices that have caused homeowners everywhere to pay ridiculous insurance rates. Should you find yourself in a predicament as our family, take your chances on someone else.
