You hope you won't need, but you're glad you have it if you do. No app is without it's fair share of bugs; however, this app has the potential to save you and your business thousands of dollars in the event that a disaster does happen. It's free. A fire sprinkler main broke in my Motel and ran for an hour before we could locate water shut off key! 20 some rooms in my Motel were flooded with water on multiple levels. Had I had the app before I could have just pulled up the shut-off key location to remember where I put it and I could have saved my Motel. Local servpro did a GREAT job getting me dry in just a couple of days and informed me of the Ready Plan which I immediately put in place for any future issues. ### 5/5 — Great Idea!! *2012-04-11, version 1.02* The concept of this app is brilliant! The first reaction of any homeowner during an emergency would be to pick up their phone and call for help. This makes just one less step or hassle that they would have to deal with during a stressful time. Plus there are a lot of useful tips for home maintenance and avoiding a disaster. I genuinely feel that Servpro made this app in attempt to give the consumer an option to get assistance quickly should an emergency arise verses "fire chasing" as some of the other restoration companies do. ### 4/5 — Nice idea *2012-04-09, version 1.02* Hope to never need the property info. My family and I were uprooted and displaced from our home for approximately two months because of Servpro's incompetence. They lure you in with courteous, prompt customer service; meanwhile, their minions are making a complete and total EPIC disaster of what's left of your home.....your life.....your INVESTMENT. And when you start to call their bluff, and they realize you are an educated consumer that can't be steamrolled, they cop an attitude and blame you for the issues. It's companies like Servpro and their dishonest business practices that have caused homeowners everywhere to pay ridiculous insurance rates. Should you find yourself in a predicament as our family, take your chances on someone else. Flip a coin, draw straws, or randomly thumb through the yellow pages in complete desperation searching for someone, ANYONE, but please, for the love of all things Holy, don't call Servpro! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2012-09-11, version 2.0* I'm an insurance adjuster for State Farm. We live in a condo community and the unit above us had a water leak which came through the walls and damaged the floor. You sent Jose and Sam initially and then Jose made all the following visits. Needless to say we were panic stricken! Jose was calm and explained the process to us. He answered all our questions and was always polite and knowledgeable. We wanted to be sure to acknowledge him. Now with this app anyone can pull up these locations, see the picture and know exactly what to do, without any training! Even if I'm away, I know all the things vital during an emergency are right at my finger tips, making it easy to walk others through the process in the event they don't have time to get on the app. I can explain step by step and in detail with the pictures and descriptions!
