The app is extremely buggy and every “fix” appears to only create other bugs. It is extremely painful to use even when it is not bugging out. The explanations given for how to use the app are bare bones and don’t appear to apply to anyone who actually has to use the app. If it wasn’t for the fact that we are forced to use it I can guarantee there would be next to no users. ### 1/5 — Please improve this app *2022-05-08* Super buggy and annoying. Constant crashing resulting in losing a whole week of entries. It is buggy and freezes almost every time I make an entry, I usually have to complete one date 2-3 times for it to actually go through. Please fix it so I don’t want to rip my hair out. Cheers. ### 1/5 — Who gives more than one star reviews *2021-07-03* I’m “I would give zero stars if I could” super disappointed and frustrated about both the web/ app versions of this program. I have no choice but to use it on weekly bases as it is my study requirement. Fix the process, it takes too long. My suggestion- let us do entries into a spreadsheet that’s gonna be loaded onto a website. Very poorly designed. If the profiling is to be done properly it takes hours of your time each week. There needs to be more features to make entries quicker and more free flowing. Also the update has removed my ability to make entries all together. Glitch after glitch, lost entry after lost entry. No real way to reach the company’s support centre. Have later found out ready skills company has then told the company I work for the app has issues and to use it on a browser. This has worked for a while and now has glitches and lost 3 months worth of tasks.
