When you open app it says it has to download, then states "download interrupted". Developer says issue fixed in April update...not true. Downloaded this on 8/24/17. I like that I can easily make a list of contacts and send the same message regarding my safety or need for help. The app provides step by step prompts for preparing for many different emergency situations. The download took a little patience and retrying but it was well worth it. ### 5/5 — It works! *2017-08-25* I just downloaded it and it only took seconds. It works just fine, it downloads as it's supposed to, it has helpful information. People leaving this a negative review need to realize in events of emergency technology is going to have issues- the store runs out of bread for goodness sake, why do they not consider the overload of people will have its own variety of problems? I commend the developers for fixing the server issues before the storm actually hits. Downloaded it in the early hours of the morning (4am) to avoid problems reported like other users. If not working for you try downloading it on off peak user times. App looks great and is extremely informative.
