Short insights. Clear protocols. Practical guidance when things actually get real.

Start free with your first 7 insights. No account. No credit card.

No long articles. No books you'll swear you'll read later.

Open the app when something's happening - not later.

The app delivers short, scenario-based insights and clear protocols for the moments that matter.
The delivery room. The ultrasound. The crying baby. The quiet panic you don’t say out loud.

Each moment helps you understand what’s going on, what matters most, and what to do next.

Every insight pulls from three perspectives:

The Doc
What’s actually happening medically

The Shrink
What stress and sleep deprivation are doing to your brain

The Dad’s Dad
What someone who’s been through it would tell you

Inside the app you’ll find:

• A toolkit you can open in the moment, not later
• Step-by-step protocols for stressful situations
• Clear options when there isn’t one right answer
• Real situations every new dad runs into

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-03-15*

When I was confused as a first time dad, this app got me through my sleepless nights.

### 5/5 — Simple and good

*2026-03-13*

First time dad and This is what I was looking for. Good perspectives and insights. Easy to digest.

### 5/5 — Love this content!

*2026-03-11*

Great and helpful content within this app. Awesome how it has dedicated content for every phase you are going through and also has advice from a Dr, therapist and the “dad’s dad”

### 5/5 — Didn’t realize how unprepared I was

*2026-03-01*

I honestly thought I was pretty ready. Then I started going through this and realized how many basic things I didn’t actually know. What normal newborn breathing looks like. What’s not normal. What postpartum red flags are. What to actually do at 2AM when everyone’s exhausted.

It’s calm and straightforward and doesn’t make you feel dumb. I feel a lot more prepared now and it’s nice not having to bounce between random blogs and YouTube videos trying to piece it all together. If you’re a first-time dad, this is worth it.

### 5/5 — Actually Useful

*2026-02-28*

Most “dad” content I’ve come across is either cheesy bro advice or long articles I’m never going to finish. This isn’t that. It gets straight to the point and focuses on what actually matters.

It’s quick to read, easy to digest and somehow doesn’t feel overwhelming. I’ve already sent it to a couple friends who are expecting their first kid.

### 5/5 — Must Have

*2026-02-24*

A friend just recommended this to me and I’m really glad he did. As a first-time dad I’ve had way more stress and “am I doing this right?” moments than I expected, and this has honestly been super helpful. The advice is practical and easy to digest, especially when you’re tired and don’t want to read a novel. Definitely a game changer so far

### 5/5 — Must have app for first time dads

*2026-02-18*

As a first-time dad, I had no idea what I was doing. This app honestly made the whole experience feel less overwhelming. It breaks things down in a way that’s practical and easy to understand without being preachy or complicated.

I love that it focuses on what dads actually need to know — not just baby basics, but how to show up confidently and be supportive. The tips are clear, the tone feels relatable, and it’s something I actually open and use instead of just downloading and forgetting.

If you’re about to become a dad (or just became one), this is absolutely worth it. It feels like having a calm, experienced friend in your pocket.
