Easy set up made things seamless and after downloading app, and setting up cleaning options, it was able to clean for hours without interference. I came home to clean floors!!! The difference is amazing! I have used many many robots in the past and this one was quiet, successful and fun to watch! The app is easy and you can watch the robot clean from the map outside the home. When you look them up online, via Bissell or elsewhere, these error messages are not easily found (I still can’t find the significance or resolution for the abnormal data message) and there are little to no options to help fix these issues. Deleting the app and reinstalling NEVER fixes the errors, it’s basically a waiting game until the app starts to work again.
