I upgraded to the pro plan and stayed for much longer than I should have. My services were hardly visible or searchable . Even though they claim to promote and advertise your business to clients in the area. Every single client that booked me found me directly through my own social media marketing or word of mouth. On top of that whenever a client booked a certain way readyhubb read this as “their find” and charged the client excessive fees which put me and my clients in an awkward space because I’m still owed what I charge and the client expects that amount to be deducted from their final balance. I love the idea of what readyhubb could be but I recommend using a platform like square or booksy for less hassle. ### 2/5 — Too many technical problems *2025-11-04* At first, I thought that this app was genius then as time went by there was many and reoccurring still to this day technical issues and problems with support Help. The app would load very slow or not work for me in my clients certain times, especially when it’s time to update it, but it does not to let your clients know when it’s time to update the app so a lot of them will not be able to book an appointment. There is problems with withdrawing money more than once a month and they cannot do anything about it. You just have to sit there and wait for your money. For days and days while they lie to u saying they’re fixing stuff and everything still remains the same. The same problems have been occurring since I’ve been using this app and it’s been over a year. I’m fed up with not being able to have a smooth running booking site and then the support is no help. If you book a call they will not call you instead. They will have someone text you and say that they are. pushing the matter to the managing team. ### 3/5 — Mixed Feelings *2025-09-28* I originally really enjoyed the app. Lately there has been continued issues or features that i wish they had. I will say that they are working to resolve certain issues. Sometimes there resolution time or updates are delayed and i have to reach out to check in. I also could have sworn they had the option to list prices as starting at but they apparently don’t anymore. Plus, the custom booking page makes my business look professional without needing a website. ### 1/5 — Smh *2025-08-01* I was using Wix, discovered ready hubb. Have been using for estimated for 1 year possibly longer, and I loved that it was simple for me and clients. I took a month off in July to move locations. Clients were texting me the booking link isn’t working, nor could they view services, prices ..etc that previously were available from a link I have been using over a year. I discovered not by email or anything from ready hubb that you now have to pay to basically use the site. My clients can’t see my styles or book appointments. I have paid previously but I feel it’s not worth the prices & definitely not worth the price to charge for a service that was previously free and accessible to clients as well as shady to make something that was previously free that runs a persons business now forcing them to pay for their business to continue to run smoothly. When texting clients in the app certain words are blocked and you’re unable to send the message. Scammer will text you and inbox you. I tried to upload my Id so many times and it wouldn’t link. When I was paying the coupon option wasn’t available, why promote something that you’re charging for that’s unavailable to use. Some clients had issues booking appointments themselves so I would have to manually book for them. Some were able to, I texted support with no resolution. I must say support was helpful and quick at responding even though no solutions. I wanted to add a booking fee, but you could only add the fee that they allowed. I didn’t accept any payments through the site, which I’m glad I didn’t. I will not be paying and I will be canceling, loosing out on bookings due to this situation. ### 1/5 — Downfall *2025-07-08* They recently put a paywall on everything. Customer service and free features (minus the service charge for processing payments) was fine! The free features stopped being free and I didn’t mind paying the $15 a month for the lite features. However I will be getting off Readyhubb because I was only informed after a client booked with me, that they take 20% from your earnings when getting a new client through their app. And 5% of your earnings every time after that. If I would’ve known I would’ve never paid for the membership. They never did this charge before on small businesses. Since having this booking app since last year, my clients have had nothing but issues with logging in and being able to book their appointments.
