The delivery driver has ignored my instructions several times and has left water I did not want. Last time, I put out one empty bottle in for some reason he delivered two full ones. I now have a nearly full bottle in my cooler +3 full bottles.

I have an issue with my thumb and need to have someone come over to change out the bottles.for me. It is hard for me to unwind the seal. Love the water but there needs to be a better option for disabled persons.

I rented the equipment that I never received and they keep on rescheduling my delivery for the water dispenser.

The pricing keeps going up.  The temporary fuel charge has now become a delivery charge and there is a tip built into the bill.  There is no advantage to get home delivery except they deliver.  Price should be the same as in the stores as you are paying a delivery charge charge

I moved up my delivery by a week because we were running out of water early when my mother visited. I also added on 2 more bottles than usual. No delivery came and the app showed my new delivery was now 5 weeks away instead of a week later on the original delivery date.  I moved it back to the original date.  Next time I check it has been moved up a couple days. Neat. Getting it sooner would be good for me. Text from the driver saying he isn't in the area until the Friday (date of my original delivery). Fine that's what I asked for, the app or the manager moved it to Tuesday. Not me. Come Friday they deliver the usual 4 not the 6 requested. AND the next delivery date after that now scheduled for 8 weeks out! What in the world is going on?
