Reagle discontinued support for the locks and the app with only a message stating users should find a new lock without any explanation or alternatives. Lock no longer works with Home app as well.

Bought the lock, got it installed, and a year later they’re out of business. If for some reason you are somehow buying one of these locks, don’t. 

It’s actually not a bad lock, you’re just on your own. Buy from someone in business.

Lock stopped working. App doesn’t let you reset and says I don’t have the latest version (I do). There is zero customer support for this company. One of the worst purchases I’ve made.

The app has been working great. Now i can only see one of my locks. What happened?  I had deleted and reloded the app but no change?   I have 4 locks but can only see one

App was working great and connected to my apple home, however since updating to IOS 15 I cannot get it to open

Like my title says - the phone app constantly tries to sync but never does - the last time it synced was April 2023 and I can’t add users to open my door because of this - also - anyone I give permission to open the door - their app won’t sync with my door which means they can’t open the door which ruins the whole reason I bought this very expensive door lock .

Stuck at 99%, not good
Solution: don’t block HomeKit data until setup completed, the do via app setting.
Liking all the enhanced features over competitors
