It has a very straight forward interface, and the multiple property feature is very useful. The most powerful feature is that it does not only analyze basic cash flow, or cap rate, but it charts the equity income as well. I used to work for the author, Glen, and eventually i decided to stop building his portfolio and take his advice and start on my own!
