It's very simple & intuitive to use. The search filters are unlike anything else and the ability to do complex analysis by price point and /or other requirements is really great. After doing my training, I have to say it is genius. There are all of these tools right at your fingertips which were not available with other systems. It is user friendly and the support staff they have is on top of it. Any question you have, they have an answer. They are always available to assist. As far as the app goes it's very useful for on the go. As a former agent, now office manager, I can truly say that I feel confident that the app will provide all the support you need when you are out on the field and away from a desktop. Clicking fields does absolutely nothing. Only way I can search an area is if I zoom in and look at everything. It makes organizing listings and searching through them really easy. The UI is very thoughtful and designed with the user in mind. It has several features other sites don’t have like the ability to tag listings and organize them.
