This app freezes a lot after paying for it! It still has problems!

Horrible bug

I paid for a subscription and the app crashed and wouldn’t open. I tried refreshing the app and restarting my phone. I deleted the app eventually and redownloaded and my membership went away. Horrible experience. Paid and didn’t get premium.
