The only issue I have is with the renewal process. I gave this a four star just because this app isn't free. If it was, I'd rate it a five. I've bought a few study materials and I'm not purchasing anything else because every resource just about have the same information just different words. I do like that this app breaks down the question if you get it wrong for you to better understand the meaning of the word. So basically I have to freshen the app so it registers I’m a premium user then take a test and then in order to review my quizzes and answers or take another test I have to close the app and reopen it. It’s really frustrating. **Developer response:** We’re sorry about this. Then it tell you the correct answer when I had the correct answer selected but still had gave wrong answer. ### 1/5 — Not even close to the georgia real estate exam *2024-08-13, version 1.0.8* I got to the georgia exam and was just totally confused. The wording and the questions that were asked through this site had nothing to do with the exam. I tried this app after others didnt work and this had to be the worst as far as preparing to the georgia state laws etc. ### 1/5 — Not Accurate *2024-08-03, version 1.0.8* This app doesn’t have accurate information. Don’t waste your time. ### 2/5 — Might be more damaging to course info than helpful *2025-04-18* The app literally gave me false information that was contrary to how subordination agreements work in one of it’s questions. It asked me which statement is true regarding subordination agreements and I selected “ii only”, here is it’s response: “I. the primary lender retains top priority over the lien of the secondary lender. Il. the contract must be authorized by all participating lenders to be legitimate. Incorrect In a subordination agreement, the primary lender's lien retains top priority over the lien of the secondary lender, making Statement I accurate. Additionally, for the subordination agreement to be legitimate, it must be authorized by all participating lenders, ensuring that all parties agree to the change in lien priority, making Statement Il accurate as well.” —— A subordinate lien means it takes a suborinate position to a junior lien, meaning it does NOT have priority any longer over thst lien. It does not make me feel good to know thst I might have gotten bad info elsewhere as well. **Developer response:** We're very sorry you may have found an error in one of the questions.
