This is for Texas, I’m looking over it, it’s does have some national stuff but it’s specifically for Texas. I jumped the gun it’s my fault for not reading the reviews first but dangeeet

These flash cards are for a Texas agent. It is not a national test prep flash card set. It should start that in the description that this is a set for a Texas based real estate exam. That would help the people who live outside of Texas to avoid purchasing it.

While the material is accurate, there were many terms that apply only to Texas law. So, as a newbie I found myself studying terms that are irrelevant in my state. My suggestion would be to note in the description that this app includes Texas license law as well

This is a well-designed app that will help you quickly learn important real estate terms. You can very easily tap and swipe through all the cards. This is a great companion to any other study prep material you may have. I recommend also using this just prior to taking your exam. That way, the terms will be fresh in your mind.
