Was using the app now all of a sudden when I try to login it won’t let me

I went to sign up for the app and it kept telling me to put a correct email address ZIP Code and password all three were correct the first time I put them in were correct I looked at them again and they were still correct tried again and it would not let me even sign up so I can’t give a true review yet until I can find out how to use your platform thanks For your time
