The hospital is the size of a daycare. You also never do anything with the patient. Ambulance game 5/5, Doctor game 0/5. The ambulance was not that hard to drive though. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this. You don’t actually treat patients and you spend more time watching ads than playing.
