The timer gives you 2 minutes, but if you have less than a minute left, your last shot doesn’t count. This is never explained and they might refund your money but usually not. They only have replays for about half the matches and they cut off so they always say there’s no evidence even though they know exactly what’s happening. Fun other than that, but it’s extremely frustrating to lose $10 because of a glitch. **Developer response:** Sorry about that negative experience. There are serious flaws/bugs in the game that Skillz now refuses to acknowledge (even though they were previously saying that their techs were working hard to get it fixed). You can’t win if you keep timing out with plenty of time left on the clock and they will not refund without “proof” even though I have submitted screenshot proof of the errors on their end. I would not waste any money on any of Skillz games - you will never really “win” anything! **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that. They've been fair, honest and most importantly punctual when replying back. If perhaps you find yourself questioning the results of a game or just unsatisfied , customer service is quick to respond back to the player's questions /concerns. And to be honest I have NEVER have spent my hard earned money on "online gaming apps nor did I ever have the desire to. However the games available are at a different level compared to "most" available.
