Good luck getting a withdrawal

I used to play this game last year and decided to pick it up again. There is never anyone to play against, so you wait and wait for someone to play to see if you won… it’s always the exact same player that picks up the challenge. So after a week of waiting, I see I have $24 sitting there for withdrawal. I tried to withdraw and it asks for my phone number, and then when I hit next, it just freezes and does nothing else.
