## What is Real Pace Running Calculator?

The running calculator - will give you everything a runner needs for calculations. Result forecast before the competition based on the results from other distances. The most effective training paces for your trainings - easy, marathon, threshold, interval. The duration of the intervals in the stadium. Convert pace (min/km) to speed (km/h) if you prefer to train treadmill workout. Or from kilometres to miles, if you need it. Enter your life records, you will see at which distance you are the king or queen.

The ratios are based on true performance of amateur runners. This is not a rigid conversion of professionals' performance into slower paces, but the effect of many years of coaching with ambitious amateurs, and observation of your real, not theoretical, possibilities.

You can also directly from application share your calculations with your coach or running partner.

We offer you a seven-day test, after which part of the application functionality will be blocked. Then we encourage you to buy the Pro version - if you decide that our application has become your assistant in running. However, if you don't decide to do so, you can still use for free the interval rate screen.
