I deposited $50 (was charged a $5 deposit fee too), played a few hands, and was locked out of my account. Was very hard to find the support email. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Every time I try to get back in I get “User Doesn’t Exist”.

I’m not sure why this app is even licensed in Nevada. They don’t show you any of the available games before depositing and charging a 27% deposit fee. After depositing and actually seeing the games I tried to withdraw but it says you have to play before you can withdraw. So I played a couple games then tried to withdraw again and still can’t. I’ve reached out to them for my money back but still haven’t heard from anyone. Please save yourself the trouble do not download or deposit onto this app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your concern. Deposits are required to access and participate in online wagering. Processors do charge more for online wagering deposits. 

Withdrawal restrictions are one time per day up to $500 or the amount of your last win instant to PayPal/Venmo. If you get a Royal you can instantly withdraw it for example. I do see in our records we assisted you with withdrawing and your issue was resolved.

I like that I can play in the comfort of my own home and not worry about loud casino noise, smoke or someone waiting to use my machine! I also like that if I ever have any questions that my email to their help department always is answered in a timely and professional manner! Only down side…more promotions need to be offered and more free play opportunities and/or comps! Ya know something to thank me for donating lol I mean gambling lol!
